The following words and terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means the jaya9 score website, mobile application and all related services.
• "User" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means a user's personal registered profile.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, jaya9 score has the right to permanently close all of them, and any bonuses or incentives will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

Providing accurate and complete information during account registration is mandatory. Providing false or misleading information in your name, mobile number or other identifying details is a direct breach of these Terms. jaya9 score may request additional documents at any time to verify your identity.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Methods and Amounts

jaya9 score currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). All deposit transactions are processed through secure encrypted channels.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used to make the deposit. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is completed.

3.3 Financial Security

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jaya9 score offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds ৳1,500 in bonus funds, giving a balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing, you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

4.2 Weekly and Regular Bonuses

Weekly rewards, cricket festival bonuses, Sunday reloads, birthday gifts and referral rewards each have their own terms. The full terms for each promotion can be found on the promotions page. Claiming a bonus automatically constitutes acceptance of that bonus's specific terms.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

jaya9 score reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the following cases:

• Evidence of bonus claims from multiple accounts
• The same person or household using the same promotion more than once
• Bonus funds being transferred or misused without meeting the wagering requirement
• Applying low-risk betting strategies to avoid the wagering requirement

jaya9 score's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings) at the applicable rate. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for a week is ৳20,000, cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

6.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Using any software, bot or automated method to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting
• Attempting to alter the outcome of any game
• Gaining unauthorised access to another user's account
• Conducting a cyber attack on the platform's systems

6.2 Money Laundering

• Attempting to legitimise funds obtained from illegal sources through the platform
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's funds

6.3 False Identity

• Opening or operating an account under another person's identity
• Providing fake identification documents or records
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy

11.3 Inactive Accounts
